Website privacy

Mark Vincent Roush and Luuk Hendriks act together as Assembly in Motion (AIM), jointly responsible for this website’s use of personal data. Privacy contact: assemblyinmotion@gmail.com.

Visiting. Netlify receives IP addresses, browser and request details to deliver and secure the website. AIM relies on its legitimate interest in providing a reliable community website. Technical data is kept only as needed for delivery, security or legal requirements under the provider’s retention arrangements; access is limited to the provider and authorised technical support.

Lineup. The embedded directory sends technical request data to Lineup and its hosting providers. Visiting does not join you to AIM or share your private profile with AIM. Lineup’s own service-administration processing is explained in its Privacy Notice. Other external links take you to services with their own privacy information.

Cookies and changes. AIM does not currently add advertising or analytics tracking. If optional tracking is introduced, we will explain it and request consent where required. This notice will reflect relevant changes to the website.

Safeguards and rights. Providers may handle technical data outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. See Netlify’s safeguards or contact AIM for details. You can contact AIM to request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable, or object to legitimate-interest processing. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
